Darrian with the know-how, friendly manner and flexibility in his schedule made buying a home seem effortless. While searching for a house there was no pressure to buy even though we went on multiple showings ranging in distance and even crossing state lines. Any question that would arise he  would have the answer or investigate to find the solution. When going to a showing Darrian would mentally inspect what was wrong with the house and inform us if he seen evidence of leaking, rot or poor construction noticing anything that we may have not observed. Darrian contacted and scheduled meetings with any other expert that was necessary. Once we decided upon a house, Darrian was quick and aggressive working for our benefit and landing us the home we wanted. Darrian has let it be known he is still available to us if needed.
